Panel leader :Good afternoon everyone ,welcome to the show. Today our topic is Should university graduates choose to work in first-tier cities or second &
third-tier cities? First-tier cities like Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai are becoming more popular among university graduates, according to a recent employment survey. The survey, polled about 32,000 university graduates nationwide, showed 63% of represents hope to stay in first-tier cities for at least one year after graduation this year. Here we have a student who choose work in first-tier cities ,now please XXX tell us why do you make this choice?
Student: Well, firstly I think in the first-tier cities there are much more opportunities than other cities. Secondly there are so many experienced elites that I can learn much form them, to improve my own ability. Thirdly, as the youngs, in work and life, we should maintain a high level of enthusiasm, keep the pace with the rapidly changing world, we can do these only in the first-tier cities. Those are my reasons for choosing to work in first-tier cities. Thank you!

Parent: Thanks for having the chance to present my opinion. As parents, I believe that we all want our children work in the cities where are closed to home, no matter in the first-tier cities or second&third-tier cities.But children are adults now ,they can make decisions all by their own and they are capable for their decisions. When they make their mind to stay in the city where they choose, what can we do is putting forward our suggestions and supporting their choice. That?s all, thank you!

Journalist: I am not the expert neither. In my opinion, every kind of cities has their advantages and disadvantages. For example, XXX has stated the advantages, there are many disadvantages either. In first-tier cities, we will face a series of problems, such as traffic jams, environment pollution, the expensive rent and the high housing price and so on. So my suggestion is that when graduations make the choice, they must consider very aspect, and ask for help from experienced people. Wish my opinion will help you, thanks!
