? PACKING（包装）
- 1 PC per polybag and 10 PCS/CTN, 10 pieces of dress are packed in one export standard carton. Export cartons size is 54 x 36 x 35(cm).
- Packed in strong export carton and suitable for long distance ocean transportation. In case cartons are damaged during transporation, Far-east will inform the supplier to bring extra empty cartons to replace damaged cartons at their cost.
- The Maximum Weight of any packed carton MUST NOT EXCEED 25Kg (safe handling weight). - Only ONE colour, ONE size per carton (solid colour & solid size). Colors and sizes can be different in a carton if quantities are not enough, but need to be clearly marked.
- The individual polybag should be sealed with the self-adhesive sealing flaps（自粘封条）.

? MARKS（唛头）
- The side and main marks have to be printed on each outer/export carton containing the goods that you are going to ship. Main marks printed in black ink to be fixed on two long sides, including ESIDIA, destination, P.O.no., colour, size, quantity of carton, carton no..Side marks printed in black ink to be fixed on two short sides, including N.W., G.W., measurement and origin of goods.
? SAMPLES（样品）
- The samples include lab dip, approval sample, bulk production sample, salesmanship sample and shipping sample. Two pieces per size of pre-production samples will be sent to us before production. One piece per size bulk production sample will be sent to us before shipment. The pre-production samples could be made after the fabric has been tested and passed by SGS (Ningbo Branch).
- Any fabric or colour swatches submitted for approval must be of a minimum size of 10cm x 10cm.
- All samples must be sent by UPS to our international department at the following address：

? OTHER CONDITIONS（其他）
- In case of late shipment, the following penalties will be deducted from total amounts. From 07 to 10 days：1% of goods values. From 11 to 15 days：3% of goods values. From 16 to 21 days：5% of goods values.
- The shrinkage（缩水率） of fabric must be below 5% in any color. - The color fastness of fabric（色牢度） must be 3～4.
- All garments’ manufacturers must meet the minimum manufacturing standards（i.e. SA8000）, the fabric must be free from Azo and nickel press button is prohibited. - Shipment must be in full container load, less than container load（LCL）is not permitted. - Shipment must be made by OOCL shipping line and WAN SHUN shipping line is prohibited. - Place of performance and court of jurisdiction: London, U.K.
