徐州酱醋厂600m3/d酿造废水处理工程设计
摘 要
该设计主要设计了徐州酱醋厂废水处理流程。通过筛网-调节池- UASB工艺厌氧处理-传统推流式活性污泥法好氧处理-竖流式沉淀池,然后沉淀池的水到煤渣过滤吸附池,之后出水就可以达到国家规定的排放标准。其中二沉池和UASB反应池的污泥通过污泥浓缩池和污泥干化床就可以外运出去。其中二沉池的水通过煤渣吸附池之后,去色效果相当的好。其中SS,BOD5以及COD通过格栅、好氧、厌氧及二沉池之后,达到设计要求的排放要求。另外根据所提供的资料中该厂废水流量小的特点,构筑物都只设计为一座。达到了经济实用的特点。
