5. to fall (come, lie, be) within the scope of 属于…的范围

14. overtrading: adj. a business is said to be overtrading when too much money is tied up in stock and debts, and cash is not coming in quickly to pay creditors. 过额贸易

e.g. In view of the large quantity needed, we regret being unable to satisfy you at present. 鉴于你们所需的数量太大，抱歉暂时无法满足你们的需求。 In view of your efforts in pushing the sale of our products, we are prepared to appoint you our agent in your district.

2. turnover n. 营业额， 成交额； 周转
e.g. According to the usual practice you are expected to submit to us annual sales program, i.e. an estimated amount of turnover.按照通常做法，希望你们提交一份年度销售计划，即估计营业额。
We have reduced the price by 5% so as to make a quick turnover. 我方已降低5%，以便加快周转。
