一步电化学合成铂-石墨烯纳米复合材料对葡萄糖的无酶催化

葡萄糖的检测被广泛应用于生物学、环境科学、临床医学和食品科学分析中。目前,基于葡萄糖氧化酶的电化学传感器是当前葡萄糖检测研究的主题之一[1],但在稳定性和使用寿命方面存在不足,其应用受到了限制。无酶葡萄糖电化学传感器可有效克服上述缺点[2],备受关注。本文采用一步电化学还原沉积的方法,制得了石墨烯-铂复合材料,利用石墨烯巨大的比表面积和优异的导电性,实现了铂在石墨烯上的均匀分散沉积,同时减低了铂纳米粒子的尺寸,较好的提高了铂的催化活性,所制得的graphene-Pt无酶葡萄糖传感器在较低的电位下对葡萄糖的直接电催化表现出了较好的催化能力和长久的稳定性。

Electrochemical sensors based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase on various substrates have been the topics of the most previous studies on this subject. However, some inevitable drawbacks such as the chemical and thermal instabilities originated from the intrinsic nature of enzymes may limit their analytical applications. Direct electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose at nonenzymatic electrode seems to be an attractively alternative technique f- ree from above-mentioned drawbacks. In our work,a facile one-step electrochemical method was used to synthesi- ze well-dispersed Pt nanoparticles on grapheme with small particles size. The Pt ERGO nanocomposite shows high electrocatalyticactivity and long-term stability towards direct electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose. Keywords: Electrodeposition; Pt; Nonenzymatic
