基于智能手机的人口房屋数据采集系统设计与实现

摘要：地理信息数据库、人口法人数据库和经济信息数据库是智慧城市建设中的三大核心数据库。这三大核心数据库的信息并不是孤立的，而是有着千丝万缕的联系。城市规划和建设部门一般有完备的地理信息数据，如地形图，影像图甚至三维电子地图等。而涉及人口管理的计生、公安等部门一般有完备的人口信息数据却缺乏空间地理信息数据。如何把地理信息数据与人口信息数据进行关联，直观，准确地进行人口管理，是“智慧城市”建设中需要研究和解决的重要课题。本文提出了基于智能手机的人口房屋数据采集方案，大大简化了数据采集流程，为最终实现“以房管人”的人口管理新模式打下了坚实的基础。 关键词：人口数据；房屋数据；数据采集；智能手机
