前 言

本标准主要依据ETSI TS 183 043 “IMS-based PSTN/ISDN Emulation Stage 3 specification”的相关内容,结合中国电信IMS试点的相关成果和经验进行编写,随着技术和业务的发展,还将制定后续的相关标准。

本标准的附录A、附录B、附录C、附录D是规范性附录。

本标准由中国电信集团公司提出并归口。

范围

本规范规定了中国电信基于IMS网络的PSTN仿真业务的定义、业务特征、业务流程和技术方案,提出了该业务对支撑系统等方面的需求。

本标准适用于基于IMS的PSTN仿真业务。 2
