重要任务与发展方向。企业人员信息电子化管理不仅让企业的人员管理更加效率化和便捷化,更使得企业的人员管理脱离了过去繁冗的纸张式、人力式操作。 因此,设计完善现有的人员信息管理系统势在必行。档案查询、考核成绩查询等,都应该在网上得到很好的支持。所有这些都需要开发一套完善的人员信息管理系统。企业人员档案信息是企业信息管理中最重要的一项数据资源,其包含的数据量大,涉及的人员面广,需要及时更新,管理上较为复杂。因此,难以单纯地依靠人工管理来完成,传统的人工管理方式管 理效率不高。该系统针对企业人员信息的特点以及管理中实际需要及设计,能够有效地减轻 管理人员的工作负担,实现大量人员信息管理的信息化、高效化、规范化,并避免人为操作的错误和不规范行为。

人事管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业各项管理工作中十分重要又相当复杂的一 项工作。其重要性不言而喻,但是人员管理在企业的日常管理中是很繁琐的,在管理过程中,每个员工都需要有对应的档案记录。在企业各项管理中,人员管理涉及到其他方方面面的管理,它涉及到了企业人员个人 档案管理、日常考核管理等。所以在实际管理工作中,往往由于记录的数量多、管理复杂、 可连续性差,造成人员管理的繁冗。对这一混乱,最好的解决办法就是借助计算机技术和数据库管理系统,对整个人员管理进行记载,并实行电子化管理。本课题的目的就是开发“重庆巨能建设集团人事管理系统”,通过这一系统来掌握人员的管理情况,实现人员信息管理的电子化,提供一个电子化的人员管理平台。

为了适应信息时代发展,提高企业管理工作效率,实现现代化条件下企业管理工作运行效率的快捷化,使人员信息管理人员从繁杂的任务中解脱出来,开发了一套功能实用、技术 先进、操作简单的人员信息管理系统。本文研究了企业资料管理的设计与实现过程。开发成 功的人员信息管理系统主要负责企业人员信息的管理,进一步提高企业的办公效率、工作水平,朝着信息化、网络化、现代化目标迈进,方便企业领导与
