1. 概说
约见信(letter of making engagement)包括请求约见、同意约见、谢
绝约见等。这类书信不需要写得很详细、具体、只要简单说明请求约见的理
由，提出约见的时间、地点。语气要恳切。
对约见的请求，无论同意与否都要及时复信。语言要婉转。即使是谢绝， 也要使对方感到不失礼节。
2. 常用语句：
1)I'd like to make an appointment with you. 我想与您约定时间见面。
