场工艺设计

摘 要

本设计是5000t/d新型干法水泥厂全厂和石灰石圆形预均化堆场工艺设计。根据任务书的地形图来确定全厂工艺布置,绘制出全厂工艺布置图及石灰石预均化堆场工艺布置图。在此设计中,全厂生产线采用一条龙布置,流程顺畅,而且节省输送设备;全厂的工艺流程从原料的进厂到水泥出厂都采用均化措施,还能保证出厂的水泥的质量;全厂的主要设备的选型从生料磨到水泥磨都采用立磨,它粉磨效率高、单位电耗低、磨内的空间大、烘干能力强;石灰石的预均化使用圆形预均化堆场,占地面积更小,与矩形预均化堆场相比更可以避免端锥效应,而且采用人字形堆料(端面取料),更好的解决了均化效果过渡带问题。

Design of 5000t/d NSP Cement Plant Circular Coal Prehomogenizing Yard

Process

Abstract

This design is the process design of 5000t/d new dry process cement plant and limestone circular preblend stockpile. Under the mandate given topography determines the plant process layout, draw the plant process layout and the limestone pre-blending bed process layout. In this design, the entire production line use one-stop arrangement, flow smooth process, save transportation equipment; the whole process from raw materials to the cement leave factory all use homogenization measures, guarantee the quality of cement; the main equipment selection from the raw mill to cement mill adopt vertical mill, they have high grinding efficiency, low unit power consumption, large grinding space, high drying ability; pulverized coal pre-blending using circular pre-blending bed, they have smaller floor area, contrast with the rectangle pre-blending bed they can avoided the telos effect, they use the lambdoidal windrow ( end face take material ), solve the transition zone better.
