　　Abstract：When the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement （ACFTA） was full implemented in 2010， two countries have faced a new chance to improve their trade The bilateral trade is growing fast，and non-oil and gas products are the mainly commercial products. However， the trade growth has contacted with new challenges， such as the widen of Indonesia’s trade deficit with China，the comparable small scale of China’s direct investment in Indonesia and so on， but on the same way，the investment and trade cooperation of two countries hold a tremendous potential.
