【摘 要】 目的 了解实习前护生对护理工作态度及评价的现状,为护理教学及实习管理提供依据。方法 分别对吉林医药学院三、四、五年制实习前护生(343 人)进行问卷调查。结果 仅16.5%的护生因为真正喜欢护理才选择了护理专业,49.3%的护生愿意从事护理工作,但是工作以护理教育为主;对护理教学时间的安排中,66.0%五年制护生评价教学时间过长、57.8%四年制护生,54.3%三年制护生认为教学时间安排合理;50.0~88.6%的护生对临床护理工作持否定的评价和态度,而持肯定评价和态度的护生只占0.9~36.3%。结论 不同年制的护生对护理教学存在不同的态度与评价(P<0.01),对护理知识的掌握也有差异(P<0.01),护生对将来临床护理工作存在一定程度的担忧及负面评价。提示教育人员需加强护理文化的熏陶,积极做好临床护理工作的正面宣传。

[Abstract] Objective Realizing the present states for nursing students on nursing attitude and comments ,providing evidence for the theory and practice of nursing teaching . Methods Do questionnaires on 343 three-year ,four-year and five-year nursing students in JiLinMedical College . Results Only 16.5% of nursing students choosed thismajor for really loving it. 49.3% nursing students would like to take part in nursing work and think it is better if work on nursing education; For the arrangement of nursing education time , 66.0% of 5-year nursing students claim that the education is a little longer, while 57.8% of 4-year and 54.3% of 3-year nursing students think it is proper; 50.0% to 87.7% of them have a negative comment and attitude. Conclusion There are different attitude and comments on nursing
education among grades (p<0.01), so it is in mastering of nursing knowledge (p<0.01) , they have a certain degree of worries and negative comments on future clinical nursing work . Therefore , it is necessary to strengthen the nurture of nursing culture and give positive propaganda of clinical nursing work.

随着社会的进步﹑科学技术的迅猛发展﹑人民生活水平的提高以及健康需求的增加,医院不仅需要引进先进的医疗设备,更需要一批批具备精湛技术的医生和拥有雄厚力量的护理队伍。护理专业的学生(护生)作为护理队伍的后备力量,他们对教学及临床工作的态度与评价不仅影响到未来护理工作的质量,更会限制医疗水平的发展。因此,本研究调查了有关护生对教学及临床工作的态度与评价,旨在了解护生的心理现状并为教学及临床管理提供依据。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象
吉林医药学院实习前护生343 人,男生20 人,女生323 人,年龄为20~24 岁,平均年龄为22±0.46岁,其中五年制(本科)88 人,四年制(本科)128人,三年制(专科)127 人。
1.2 方法
1.2.1 调查工具
根据在校护生对护理认知观点的搜寻整理,经检验自制调查问卷。问卷包括两个维度:护理教学态度及评价(5 条)和临床护理态度及评价(8 条)。每条均备三个答案,由护生单项选择作答。
1.2.2 调查方法
由研究者本人以班级为单位发放问卷,并说明调查目的及填写要求,护生不记名填写,当场发放360 份,回收有效问卷343 份,有效回收率95.3%。
1.2.3 统计学方法
对资料采用SPSS15.0 软件进行统计描述。
