前牙残根玻璃纤维桩修复的效果(2)

  桩冠修复最严重的并发症为根折和桩钉折断无法取出,导致修复彻底失败。预成合金桩弹性模量大于牙本质会在牙根?粘结剂?桩界面产生应力,从而引起修复体失败的可能。纤维桩系统的出现,解决了这些问题,它易于从根管内拆取[6]。因此,玻璃纤维桩是一种更好的桩核修复体。
