随着人们对糖尿病血管病变发病机制认识的不断深入,其药物治疗方面也在不断地发展,如PARP抑制剂、过氧化亚硝酸盐抑制剂和AGEsI抑制剂等。这为糖尿病血管病变的药物治疗带来了新的希望,同时国内外在治疗糖尿病及其血管病变方面逐渐向微量元素、受体类药物,基因药物、中药活性成分及介入治疗等发展。
