4.7 感染 冠状切口发生感染的机会较小，有学者报道感染率为2.7%［10］。只要减少皮下积血积液，缝合前将创面冲洗干净，术中注意无菌操作，合理使用抗生素,感染即可防止［17，18］。
4.8 眼部症状 角膜擦伤、眼睑上翻、眼球内陷是常见的眼部并发症，有报道［18］角膜擦伤的发生率为2%,为术中不注意保护眼球所致；若发生角膜擦伤，可使用氯霉素眼液滴眼，以防止感染发生。眼球内陷的发生与眶内容物、眶壁在外伤中受损有关。
