摘 要
随着经济的日益增长,信息化时代已经到来,生活中各种信息趋向数字化、 清晰化。出租车公司管理系统就是在这样的一个环境中诞生的,交通的日益发达, 出租车信息复杂化。因此我们将发挥计算机的庞大的储存能力,高性能的处理能力,高度可靠的数据安全,清晰的可视化数据等这些优势来辅助管理部门对出租车进行管理,实现了计算机资源的合理利用,真正实现出租车公司管理现代化、科学化、规范化、高效率、安全可靠,减轻体力劳动,提高管理质量。
本文系统地阐述系统设计全过程,主要分析了系统的主要组成情况,包括:需求情况,系统的设计背景及其功能,数据库结构,重点介绍了系统功能模块的详细思路和实现方法,以及对系统关键技术和部分源代码的详细说明。

Abstract
With the economy growing, the information age has arrived and the life of various trends of digital information, the clarity. Taxi management system is in such an environment birth, the growing traffic developed, taxi information complicated. Therefore, we will play a large computer storage space, high-performance processing capability, highly reliable data security, clear visualization of data supporting these advantages to the management department of the taxi management, computer resources to achieve the reasonable use, True taxi company management modernization, scientific, standardized, efficient, safe and reliable, lighten physical labor, improve the quality of management.
This paper analyzes the main components of the system, including demand, the system's design goals, data structure, data flow and the main features, focusing on the system functional modules detailed ideas and methods and the key technology of the system and part of the source code for details.

前 言
随着生产社会化趋势的扩大、科学技术的进步、人类知识总量的增长速度不断加 快、以及市场竞争的日益激烈,人们对信息的认识产生了根本性的变化。信息被列为 与物质、能源并列的人类社会发展的三大资源之一。信息化水平已成为衡量一个国家 现代化水平和综合国力的重要标志。我国也正处于改革开放进一步深化的环境下,因 此我们应当抓住机遇,充分利用信息,扎实的做好信息管理系统的基础工作,建设开 发较为先进的应用系统,加快我国信息化建设的步伐。
近几年来,随着加入 WTO,社会生活节奏日益加快,出租车行业使得人们以车代 步,提高出行效率,同时也随之不断地发展。为了更好地服务于广大乘客,各大出租 车公司先后搭建了各类信息管理系统,诸如叫车系统,客服系统等,逐渐形成了数字 化租车的管理概念。即以网络化管理为基本模式,以信息为出租车行业发展的基本动 力,以信息技术为增强出租车公司竞争实力的基本手段,以信息化建设为出租车公司 发展的新增长点,以信息文化改变着人们教育、工作方式和思想观念。从而根本上实 现了服务于广大乘客,提高出租车公司各项工作的效率和质量,为出租车公司创造经 济效益。
司机和出租车辆是出租车公司最主要的资源,是创造效益的源泉。要想提高出租 车公司的效益和服务质量,首先从做好对司机和车辆的管理着手。首先要做好出租车 以及司机的基本信息的管理,车辆买票、买费信息的管理,其次要做好出租车公司财 产和公司收支信息的管理,便于出租车公司更好的管理。基本此种管理需要的信息系 统——出租车辆信息管理系统,将很大程度上解决出租车公司在此工作上的难度。本 文所描述的“出租车辆信息管理系统”,是根据某出租车公司的车辆信息管理系统需 求为基础展开需求调研。并在一定程度上考虑了它的可扩充性,使系统开发完成后, 通过少量的改造,可以适用于其他类型公司。
