unlock logon for mngr. 解锁登陆mngr用户，可以参考下面截屏 入下命令

? log on as mngr account, open Regional and Language Options, change
formats & location to Chinese & China.
? log on as user-defined administrator account, open Regional and Language

7. 检查Dongle 和License
中文的安装很容易造成License的丢失，需要动作Change License。 否则 Server Redundancy 中的 hdwbld redun.hdw 不能执行。
8. Configuring Experion server redundancy
(1) Choose Start > All Programs > Honeywell Experion PKS > Server > Start-Stop Experion Server.
The Experion PKS Server dialog box appears.
Click the stop button.
If prompted, click Yes to confirm the action.
Wait for the server to change to stop state. It may take several minutes for the Experion server to stop.
