摘 要

随着近几年煤炭市场的持续升温,煤炭企业业务量实现了快速增加,对着庞大而多样的市场,老旧的管理方法已经无法满足现阶段公司管理信息化的要求。所以,急需建立煤炭企业出入库管理信息系统,提高煤炭企业出入库管理业务水平。

论文基于公司信息化战略的需要,统筹规划,提出了一套较为完善的煤炭调运业务管理系统解决方案。论文首先介绍了课题的背景、来源和研究意义,以及国内外的发展状况;然后对煤炭企业调运业务主要流程进行分析,明确了系统的功能性需求与非功能性需求;提出了系统的总体方案设计,包括了技术选型、系统体系结构、功能结构以及网络拓扑结构设计,确定了以J2EE平台的Struts+Spring+Hibernate轻量级框架作为系统实现技术;最后选取了请批车处理和计划管理等主要功能模块,介绍了其详细设计过程;通过系统测试与部署实施,保证了该系统的顺利运行。

系统实现了通过对基层业务数据的实时录入,生成管理者需求的各类报表,确保了报表的可靠性和时效性,为实现过程监控与动态管理提供了可能。基于J2EE的技术实现有效地保证了企业级应用所关注的“可扩展性、可伸缩性、可靠性和时间限制”等主题。最后,通过对煤炭调运管理系统进行的测试与评估表明,整个系统基本完成了预期目标。

Design and Implement for the Management System of Conveyance and

Marketing Bussiness of A Coal Enterprise

Abstract

As the coal market keeps heated in recent years, the enterprise’s business is increasing rapidly, face of the vast and varied market, the traditional management model is clearly unable to meet the company's information management requirements at this stage, therefore, the Coal Conveyance and Marketing Bussiness information system need to be built urgently to improve the level of the coal transported management business. This paper based on the needs of company information, overall planning, proposed a set of complete business management system of coal transporting solution. In the first place, the paper describes the background of the subject, source and significance, and the development of domestic and foreign; And then analysis the main business of the coal transporting business process, clearify the system's functional requirements and non functional requirements; Proposed a system of overall program design, including technology selection, system architecture, functional structure and network topology design, and determine to use the J2EE platform of Struts + Spring + Hibernate lightweight framework as the technology to achieve system; At last take the system major functional modules of quest and authorize of cars and program management as example, presented the detailed design process; implemented through system testing and deployment, to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

Through the recording of base bussiness real time data, the system generate the reports which the supervisor requires, this insures credibility and timeliness of the reports, and makes the follow-up process monitor and control and dynamic management be possible. J2EE-based technology effectively ensure the concerns of enterprise applications of \Finally, the testing and evaluation of the coal conveyance and marketing management system shows that the whole system basically completed the target.
