精神分裂症病人可能拥有罕见变异基因
最新出版的美国《科学》杂志刊登的一份研究报告说，精神分裂症病人拥有罕见变异基因的可能性极大，这些变异基因会扰乱大脑的发育。
研究报告表明，精神分裂症的基因信号牵涉到几十种甚至几百种变异基因，这些基因的功能由于DNA的重复或缺失而发生紊乱。
研究人员只对罕见的变异基因进行了研究。这些罕见变异基因在精神分裂症病人体内不仅数量极大，而且大多使脑细胞受到影响。
具体而言。有15％的患精神分裂症的成年病人拥有这些罕见DNA错误，而在健康人中。这一比例只有5％。在从童年或青少年时期便患上精(下转第59页)
