Abstract

Fundamentals of mechanical manufacturing technology course design is done in the production practice foundation, and finished machinery manufacturing technology and the most professional course after another practical teaching link. We are also in the graduation design before the various courses of study by an in-depth comprehensive review.

This design is the oil pump drive shaft support, including the part drawing, assembly drawing blank map, each one, machining process card and process card each one. First of all we should be familiar with and understanding of its role, which is mainly used for bearing transmission .Then, according to parts of nature and map parts of the surface roughness to determine the dimensions of the blank and the machining allowance. The final formulation of stent technology roadmap, the formulation of the workpiece clamping scheme, draw the jig assembly drawing.

Through the curriculum design, I want to learn to learn the theoretical knowledge and practical combination of ability, exercise their own analysis of parts, design process, design the fixture's ability, for the future work to lay a good foundation.
