ABSTRACT

Today,electricpowerindustryisdevelopingtowardslnorelarge-scaleunitcapacity

andmorecomplicategrid,leadingtoincreasinglyprominentproblemsoftheshafts

torsionalvibration,whichisbigthreattothesecurityoftheunitsandgrid.Thispaper

givesindetailthecurrentresearchprogressofsafetyanalysisontorsionalvibrationof

turbo-Generetorshaftsatdomesticandinternational,deseribstheproblemsofexisting

theories,andthendoessomefurtherresearchaboutitandalsoputsforward

correspondingsolutions.Themethodofshaftsmodelingisdiscused,advantagesand

disadvantagesofmethodstocalculateshaftinherentcharacteristicsiscomparedand

analysed,andthesuperiorityofverifiedriecati—transfer-matrixmethodisverified,using

thefiniteelementmethod.Thecalculationprinciplesofshaftsresponseisanalyzed,and

theanal如ealalgorithmofshaftsresponseundertwo-phaseshortcircuitisdeduced.

ThoroughlyanalysisisgiventoreversefatigueS-NclLrveanditsinfluencefactors,such

astorsionalmeanstressandhi曲cyclefatigue.Thecorrespondinganalyticalcorrection

formulaisobtainedanditsaccuracyisverifiedbyfiniteelementmethod.Thispaperalso

presentsanimprovedmodelofreal -timerain -flowcounting,whicheliminatesthedefects

oftheoriginalmodelwhicheasilyproducesleakagepointinthesecondstage.

Combiningthemalfunctionresponsecharacteristics,thethresholdofthefatigue

accumulatingdamageisanalyzedspeciallyandstudiedquantitativelyunderdifferent

loadspectrum,whichprovidestheorybasisfortorsionalvibrationmonitoringand

warning.Themethodofcheckingtorsionalintensityofaxisisanalyzed,thecorrelation

ofintensitycheckingandfatiguedamageisdiscussed,andthechangesoftorsional

fatiguelimitisobtainedunderfatiguedamage.Thepaperprobesthesafetystrategy

analysisoftorsionalvibrationathomeandabroad,getsfatiguelifelossrangeofshafts

withstanding锄impactunderallkindsoffaults,andputforwardthemethodof

computingelement’Svalueatrisl【,whichlayafoundationfortorsionalvibrationsafety

analysis.Thesafetyofshaftsisanalyzedbycombining、航tlllow-pressurerotorweal"

faultofonepowerplantandtwo-phaseshort-circuitfaultsoftheotherpowerplant,

whichverifiesthefeasibilityandaccuracyofthecorrespondingtheory.Thestudyofthis

paperwillhaveapositivesignificanceonreal timelifeassessmentandsafetyanalysisof

torsionalvibrationinpowershafts.
