工作-家庭冲突分析及建设性策略
——《由冲突走向平衡：工作-家庭
关系研究的新趋向》论文分析
摘要：工作和家庭是个体生活的两个主要领域，当这两方面压力出现矛盾时就会产生一种角色交互冲突。本文按照以往学者研究的重点，分别从产生的过程、影响因素来深入分析工作-家庭冲突，并提出了建设性的平衡策略。冲突本身具有两面性，如果能正确分析冲突产生的原因，并予以恰当处理，就会给人们的生活带来积极的效应。

Abstract: Work and family are the two main areas of individual life, when there are conflicts between these two aspects
of pressure will produce a role interactive conflict. Priorities of previous scholars, respectively, from the process, influencing factors-depth analysis of work - family conflict, and put forward constructive and balanced strategy， The conflict itself has two sides, is able to analyze the causes of the conflict, and appropriate treatment, will give a positive effect on people's lives.
