?Each CFT shall take FF CFT as an example to turn their own 180-day plan
into items to be included in the CFT AIP chart and circulate & share among
all CFT members.
?Each CFT shall post their cockpit chart unless for some confidential
information especially in Marketing and Sales department.
?The functional report on the TG team meeting shall be limited within 30
minutes at most. A second meeting shall be summoned when there is a
need for further discussion on certain topics.
9. The Communication Resultants/Translators take turns to briefly report their work:

◆Basic Diaper Liner is to enter into mass production around Sep. 1st.
◆S&C will be improved from 8 aspects including applying RP pulp and
add Aloe Vera in the top sheet, etc. New S&C plans to be launched in
Dec.

◆William shall give Bill K. an update on the status of the projects on
Diaper/liners.
◆William and Weiky shall both go to the Marketing CFT at the moment.
◆Marketing CFT is to have a meeting schedule.

◆Preparing 30 job descriptions of Administration and Manufacturing
Departments for YZ and ZSP to review and re-approve. Finished 100
out of 270 job descriptions up till now.

◆Help interview new employees in Overseas Sales Division
◆New Sales CFT members nominated. Waiting for John Bridgewater’s
input to finalize.
◆Exported OEM Goods rejected by H.K/T.W customers. Worth of
$40,000 for T.W Goods only. ZHL is in H.K to deal with the matter.
◆CFT will Modify the BFMs on their cockpit chart.
