The working performance of the spiral conveyer has been determined, according to the analysis about work range, service behavior and so on. And on this basis, the overall structural and all components are designed, including helicoids, front end and back end. During the design processes, there must be some problems considered, which possibly appears in the actual operation. Then its spare part's position, the shape as well as the structure are designed.
The spiral conveyer designed convex can convey powder material. Compared with the existing conveyor, this has many advantages, for example, the small complete machine section size, the good sealing property, the steady movement, the safe operation, and the simple service, etc. And its delivery capacity amount is 51 tons per hour. The spiral conveyor is widely used in the modernized production and the physical distribution.
