My name is - Xianning graduated from the south gate of the private secondary schools. Tourism now studying at the school in Hubei Province. Studying hotel management professional. I was a character，cheerful girl，so my hobbies is extensive. Sporty. In my spare time likes playing basketball， table tennis，volleyball，skating. When a person like the Internet at home，or a personal stereo. Not like too long immersed in the world of books，and family members have told me，Laoyijiege is the best. Talking about my family，then I will talk about my family has. Only three people my family，my grandmother，grandfather and my own. My grandfather is a engineer，I am very severely on peacetime，the Church me a lot. Grandma is a very kindly for the elderly，care for my life in every possible way. Therefore，I have no parents in their care，childhood and growth were full of joy.
I like this hotel management professional，because I like to live in a strict order of the management environment. I have my professional self-confidence and hope，as long as the efforts will be fruitful，this is my motto. Since I chose this profession，I will follow this path，effort，perseverance path.

We have only one earth
Dear human being，
Have you ever seen such a notice “A black smelly earth with lots of dirty things on it is crying and struggling.”？ How terrible it is！ Long， long ago， the earth was healthy and beautiful， and it was covered with heavy forest and all kinds of plants. The water in the rivers and lakes and seas was clean and harmless. There were not so many disasters of nature. People lived in harmony with nature， Why has everything changed？ Because we human being do a lot of bad things to her. First， We cut down the forests， destroy the grasses， and the water washes away a lot of soil down the rivers into the lakes and seas， making a lot of places flooded and many people killed and making her surface ugly. Secondly， we use lots of chemical powder in the wars， we burn plenty of coals， gas in the factories and cars， making much SO2 and CO2 with the heavy smoke spread in the air， so a lot of people suffer from this terrible air pollution， especially in winter. As a result of this， the temperature of the earth is getting higher and higher. It is dangerous for human being， animals and plants to exist. Thirdly， we pour a lot of waste and poisonous water into the rivers， lakes and seas. Making all kinds of fishes， plants and birds die Now， if we go on doing bad things to the earth， the earth will die. If the earth died， where would we human being go？ The earth is our common living place. So it is everyone?s duty to protect our home —— the earth. Do remember： We have only one earth！
My Home Village
My home village is a small one. It?s in Yuxian county of Shanxi Province. Small as it is， it?s very beautiful.
There are many hills around my home village and they are more beautiful than some big mountains. In spring， we can fly kites which are made by ourselves on the top of the hills. The kites fly very high. In summer， the trees are green and the grass is green，too. It is green

everywhere on the hills. There are so many wild apple trees on the hills. The wild apples are nice to eat. In autumn， the corns under and around the hills are ripe. So we eat them almost every day. In winter， when it snows， all the ground is covered with snow. We can play with snow and sometimes we eat the clean snow with sugar. In my hometown the sky is blue， the air is clean， the water is sweet and the people are very friendly. I love my hometown！
The Mid-Autumn Festival
The Mid-Autumn is a very important Chinese festival. It falls on the 15th day of August. A few days before the festival， everyone in the family will help to make the house clean and beautiful. Lanterns will be hung in front of the house.
On the evening there will be a big family dinner. People who work far away from their homes will try to come back for the union. After dinner， people will light the lanterns which are usually red and round. Children will play with their own toy lanterns happily.
At night the moon is usually round and bright. People can enjoy the moon while eating moon-cakes which are the special food for this festival. They can look back on the past and look forward to the future together. It is said that there was a dragon in the sky. The dragon wanted to swallow up the moon. To protect the frighten the dragon away.
The Four seasons
A year has four seasons. Every season has three months. The weather of one season is different from that of any other. The life cycles of plants are controlled by the seasons. The first season is spring. The three months in it are March， April and May. During that time we have warm weather and fine days. All plants come to life. Animals wake up from hibernation. It is time for farmers to get ready for their fields.
The second season is summer. The three months are June， July and August. The weather is very hot and it often rains. People can go swimming and sightseeing. It is time for all things to grow up.
The third season is autumn. The three months are September， October and November. The weather becomes cooler and cooler. Leaves begin to fall to the ground. It is the harvest time for farmers.
The fourth season is winter. December， January and February are the three months of that season. The weather is very cold， and most of the plants die at that time. Sometimes it snows. People can enjoy skating and skiing. But winter doesn? t stay with us for a long time， for spring comes again soon. 四季
一年有四季，每个季节有三个月，每个季节的气候都不一样。生命的轮回由四季控制。 第一个季度是春季。春季的三个月为三月、四月和五月。在这段时间里，天气温暖、晴朗，万物复苏。冬眠的动物们也醒过来了，农民们开始忙农活。
第二个季节是夏季，包括六月、七月和八月。天气非常热，而且老是下雨。人们能游泳、观光。夏季也是万物生长的好时候。
第三个季节是秋季，三个月分别是九月、十月和十一月。天 气越来越凉，树叶开始飘落。这是一个收获的季节。
最后一个季节是冬季，这一季包括十二月、一月和二月。天气非常冷，大多数植物都死了。有时候还下雪，人们可以滑冰和滑雪。但是冬天不会太长，因为春天马上就要来临了。

Asking for trouble 自找麻烦
It must have been about two in the morning when I returned home. I tried to wake up my wife by ringing the door-bell, but she was fast asleep, so I got a ladder from the shed in the garden, put it against the wall, and began climbing towards the bedroom window. I was almost there when a sarcastic voice below said,' I don't think the windows need cleaning at this time of the night.'
I looked down and nearly fell off the ladder when I saw a policeman. I immediately regretted answering in the way I did, but I said, 'I enjoy cleaning windows at night.' 'So do I,' answered the policeman in the same tone. 'Excuse my interrupting you. I hate to interrupt a man when he's busy working, but would you mind coming with me to the station ?'
'Well, I'd prefer to stay here,' I said. 'You see, I've forgotten my key.' 'Your what ?' he called. 'My key,' I shouted.'
Fortunately, the shouting woke up my wife who opened the window just as the policeman had started to climb towards me.

Our dog, Rex, used to sit outside our front gate and bark. Every time he wanted to come into the garden he would bark until someone opened the gate. As the neighbours complained of the noise, my husband spent weeks training him to press his paw on the latch to let himself in. Rex soon became an expert at opening the gate. However, when I was going out shopping last week, I noticed him in the garden near the gate. This time he was barking so that someone would let him out ! Since then, he has developed another bad habit. As soon as he opens the gate from the outside, he comes into the garden and waits until the gate shuts. Then he sits and barks until someone lets him out. After this he immediately lets himself in and begins barking again. Yesterday my husband removed the gate and Rex got so annoyed we have not seen him since.
我家的狗雷克斯，过去常坐在大门外面叫。每当它想到花园里来时，便汪汪叫个不停，直到有人把门打开。由于邻居们对狗叫很有意见，所以我丈夫花了几个星期的时间训练它用脚爪按住门闩把自己放进来。雷克斯很快成了开门的专家。然而上星期我正要出去买东西时，发现它正呆在花园里边靠门的地方。这次它叫着让人把它放出去！从那以后，它养成了另外一种坏习惯。它从外面把门一打开，就走进花园，等着门自动关上。这之后他就坐下汪汪叫起来，直到有人来把它放出去。出去之后，它又马上把自己放进来，接着再开始叫。昨天，我丈夫把门卸了下来，雷克斯很生气，此后我们便再也没有见到它。
