點選”VAR”兩下進入的對話視窗，請依序加入變數L1,L2,C1,C2，並依序點選”Tune/Opt/Stat/DOE Step”選擇鍵進入下一個對話視窗
於Tuning Status下拉式選單中點選Enable，依序填入Minimum Value, Maxmum Value and Step Value數值
點擊 TLINP元件兩下並進入對話視窗(如圖),分別將Parameter
中

依序點
選”Tune/Opt/Stat/DOE Step”選擇鍵進入下一個對話視窗
並於Tuning Status下拉式選單中點選Enable，依序填入Minimum Value,Maxmum Value and Step Value
在Optim/Stat/Yield/DOE元件庫中依序點選Goal元件及Optim執行引擎放入Schematic視窗中
點擊Optim執行引擎元件兩下並進入對話視窗(如圖)，並將GOAL依序加入
