摘要

钢卷打捆机是针对冷轧钢卷快速全自动打包处理而设计的专用机械化设备。由于钢卷打捆机的工作环境恶劣,加之各个自动化生产企业对设备要求越来越高,所以高性能,新概念的全自动打捆机械就显得更为重要。气动装置和PLC可控制编程系统的加入,使打捆机具有更高的工作稳定性,打捆的可靠性,工作寿命长,操作更简单,通用性更强,自动化程度更高,广泛得到专业人士的认可。

本文主要综述了钢卷打捆机的PLC控制系统的设计。本次设计采用西门子s7-200控制打捆机的一系列动作。通过对钢卷打捆机系统的工作流程分析可知,一个打捆循环包括八个主要流程:环臂升降、打捆头升降、压紧钢卷、送带、抓紧钢带头、收带、咬扣与切带和复位。并做出了相应的外部接线图,电路原理图,控制流程图。

ABSTRACT

Steel roll banding machine is fast automatic for cold rolled steel coils with packaging designed for the special mechanical equipment. Due to bad coil baling machine working environment, combined with various automated production enterprise to equipment demand is higher and higher, so the high performance, a new concept of full automatic baling machine becomes even more important. Pneumatic device and programming of PLC control system, make the baling machine has higher stability and reliability of baling, long working life, operating more simple, more versatility and higher degree of automation, widely recognised by professionals.

This article mainly summarized the coil baling machine PLC control system design. This design adopts Siemens s7-200 control baling machine, a series of actions. Through the coil baling machine system analysis of the working process, a banding cycle including eight major processes: ring arm movements, baling head lift, pressure steel coil, send belt, to take the lead in steel, take-up, biting and cutting and reset. And make the corresponding external wiring diagram and circuit principle diagram and control flow chart.
