摘 要
本设计包括室内给水工程、室内排水工程、室内消防工程,按甲方要求,本工程给水管只设进户总管,排水管只设排水出口,其于部分用户自理。
给水系统采用分区供水,低区负二到三层,由市政管网直接供水;高区三到十层,采用无负压变频供水。室内排水系统采用污、废水分流制,底层单独排放,排水立管设伸顶通气管,污、废水经化粪池处理后排入市政污水管网,化粪池由小区总图设计时统一考虑。消防系统分为室内消火栓给水系统和室内喷淋给水系统,两者均采用加压水泵和高位水池(箱)联合供水。屋面雨水排水系统采用天沟外排水。
给水管采用聚丙烯PP-R管;排水管采用硬聚乙烯塑料排水管;消防系统均采用内外壁热浸镀锌钢管。
