前言：
认识实习是学生大学学习很重要的实践环节。实习是每一个大学生的必修课，它不仅能让我们学到很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识,还能使我们开阔视野，增长见识，为我们以后更好把所学的知识运用到实际工作中打下坚实的基础。
认识实习是教学计划中重要的实践性教学环节之一。通过认识实习可使学生加深对给水排水工程实际情况的认识，了解一些给水厂、污水厂的运行管理知识，及当代给水、排水的新技术、新方法、专业发展趋势、发展前景等，增强感性认识，为今后将要进行的专业课学习奠定基础，以期达到熟悉专业、热爱专业、献身专业的目的。 我们学习给水排水专业这么长时间了，但是对于将来要从事什么职业，干什么工作还都是相当的模糊，本次实习使我们对给水排水有了全新的认识，开拓了我们的视野，对给水排水也有了一个比较全面的了解。本次实习还使我更好的将课本知识与实际的操作相结合，深化它在我们头脑的形象，为我们将来工作打下坚实的基础！ Preface:

Practice is everyone required course of college student , it can let us learn to arrive at much the knowledge less than going to school at all on the classroom not only , can make us widen ken , increase experience , lays a solid foundation in the job in order we apply what be learned knowledge

to reality afterwards better. One of the link knowing that practice is that important practicality teaches in the teaching programme. And by knowing practice but making a student deepen the cognition to water supply drainage work reality, working managerial know-how knowing some water supply factory , foul water factory, the present age water supply , new technique , new method , special field draining away water develop trend , development prospect etc. , strengthen a perceptual knowledge, in order the specialized course being going to be in progress from now on learns establish a basis , to look forward to reaching, being familiar with special field , loving special field heartily , devoting self to the special field purpose. Our special field studying water supply draining off has been in this way longtime , has needed what occupation to be engaged in but to the future, what works with no result has all been mixing up suitable , originally inferior practice has made us have the brand-new cognition to water supply draining off , has opened up our ken , has also had a comparatively all-round acquaintance to water supply draining off. Originally, inferior practice returns the textbook back to knowledge making me much better and actual operation combines each other, deepen its image being in our mind , lay a solid foundation in order we work in the future!

一、 金工实验室
实习时间2010-4-26
1、金工实验室简介
金工实验室主要承担给排水工程、环境工程、建筑环境与设备工程、化工工程等工程专业的金工实验、水工程施工、建筑给排水工程、供热工程实验及现场教学任务，该实验室主要培养学生的实践动手能力，帮助学生了解各种施工机械构造、操作的基本要领，获得初步的操作技能，培养学生的工程素质。该实验室的主要设备如电焊机、切割机、电钻、角磨机、多功能车床等为我院各实验室独有，是最接近我院城建工程类专业的施工机械，对培养工科类毕业生的工程实践能力，提高感性认识，使课本上的理论知识真正能与工程实践有机的结合在一起。同时，对培养学生吃苦耐劳、胆大心细、勤动脑勤动手的良好品质都有很大的帮助。该实验室对锻炼学生的动手能力和实验技能，对培养学生的创新意识和创新能力都具有重要作用。
