Abstract:Thedistributionofsiliconinorgansofthedifferentplants,andtherelationshipbetweensiliconandplantmacroelements,suchasnitrogen,phosphorusandpotassium,werestudiedonthesiliconphileplantofmaize(ZeamaysL.),non-siliconphileplantsofcucumber(CucumissativusL.),chinesewatermelon(CaulisbenincasaeL.)andtomatoes(SolanumlycopersicumL.),thatdistributedinthedifferentecologicalregionsofZhejiangProvince.Theresultsshowedthatthedistributionofsiliconinthedifferentorgansofmaize,cucumberandChinesewatermelonwereallaccordedwiththelawofterminaldistribution,andthecontentofsiliconfollowedthetrends:leaf,stem>root.Comparedwiththenon-siliconphileplants,thecontentofsiliconinthepartsofroot,stemandleafweresignificantlyincreasedinthesiliconphileplants.Besides,thecontentofsiliconwaslargestinleaf,lowestinseed,androotandstematanintermediateposition,indicatingthatlotsofsiliconmightbeaccumulatedintheleafandstempartsasthedepositedform,whichrestrainedthetransformationofthesilicontotheorgansofgeneration.Comparedwiththeroot,thecontentsofnitrogenandphosphorusintheleafandstembythefourplantsallsignificantlyincreased.Thecontentsofnitrogenandpotassiumindifferentorgansofmaizewerecloselyrelatedwiththecontentofsilicon,followingthetrendofleaf>root>stem.Furthermore,thecontentofsiliconindifferentorgansofsiliconphileplantalsoshowedtheregionaldistribution,andaffectedbysomefactors,suchasenvironment,soilsiliconcontentandsoon.Keywords:Silicon;Macroelements;Distribution;Plant
