一、Brief introduction
概述
Type AWFB self-controlling self-priming pump without sealing is a kind of single-level or multi-level radial vertical pump which is a new product developed by our company by introducing advanced foreign technology.
AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵为立式单级或多级径向剖分式，是引进国外先进技术、消化吸收、研制开发的新产品。
Type AWFB self-controlling self-priming pump without sealing is mainly used for transferring clean or waste, neutral or corrosive liquid, especially for transferring the thick liquid with much impurity, waste water of power plant and coal transferring work.
AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵适用于清洁或污染，中性或腐蚀性的，特别适用于杂质较多，粘稠性液体输送，电厂灰浆水，输煤专业污水使用。
The flow’s and the head’s range of the type AWFB self-controlling self-priming pump is designed as 1-8000m/h, 5-150m, respectively.
AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵系列性能范围（设计点）流量1-8000m3/h，扬程5-150m。
According to the medium for transferring, the material which contacts with the medium may be carbon steel, stainless steel, enhanced polyvinyl chloride, etc.

二、Features
特点
(1) Type AWFB self-controlling pump without sealing mainly consists of parts of cylinder
body, impeller, parts of bearing body, coupling bracket by sub-impeller housing, electromagnetic valve, check valve, etc.
AWFB型无密封自控自吸泵主要由筒体部件、轴承体部件、叶轮、联接座、主轴、付叶轮、甩水环、电磁阀、止回阀组成。
(2) The pump uses the principle of vacuum pump. The sealing uses multi-face centrifugal and
dynamic sealing. The impeller is connected into the bracket by sub-impeller. So, the pressure for sealing is more than or equal to 1.5 times of the head.
该泵采用真空泵原理，密封采用连环式多面离心动态密封装置，密封腔体通过付叶轮罩把叶轮装于联接座内，产生密封压力≥1.5倍水泵扬程。
(3)There is an automatic controlling valve to prevent the medium in the cylinder body from
siphon after the pump is stopped. So, the pump can be primed at one time and self-priming all the time.
该泵进口装有电动空气控制阀，可以防止水泵停机后，筒体内介质不被虹吸，实现一次引流，终身自吸。
(4)The pump is of little vibration, reasonable structure, low noise, no foot screw.
该泵振动小，结构合理，噪声低，不需地脚固定。
(5)A check valve installed at the outlet may prevent the liquid from flowing backwards.
该泵出口装有止回阀；防止液体倒流。

1.1 To screw off the screw of the parts of the cylinder body to drain the medium away.

拧下筒体部件上的放水螺塞，放尽筒体内介质。 1.2 To screw off the electromagnetic valve.
拧下电磁阀。
1.3 To loosen the fixed screw bolt of the check valve to dismantle the check valve.
松开止回阀螺栓(固定)拆下止回阀。
1.4 To loosen the screw bolt between the motor bracket and bearing to separate them.
松开电机座与轴承体联接螺栓，将电机座组体与轴承体分离。
1.5 To dismantle the screw bolt between the coupling bracket and cylinder body and take
the impeller, coupling bearing body’s parts out of the cylinder body.
拆开联接座与筒体联接螺栓，将联接座，轴承体部件，叶轮等全部转子组件从筒体内取出。 1.6 To loosen the screw nut of the impeller to get out of the impeller and key.
松开叶轮螺母，取出叶轮和键。
1.7 To screw off the screw of the sub-impeller housing and loosen the round screw nut
of the sub-impeller and get the impeller out of the shaft.
拧开联接付叶轮罩的螺钉，松开固定付叶轮的圆螺母，将付叶轮从轴上取下。 1.8 To dismantle the bearing body parts and coupling bracket.
拆开轴承体部件与联接座。
1.9 To dismantle the coupler of the pump and key.
拆下泵联轴器和键。
1.10 To screw off the round screw nut of the fixed bearing and the screw nail of its
cap and the lower parts of the main shaft.
先拧开固定下轴承上圆螺母，拆开固定下轴承压盖上的螺钉，拆下主轴承下轴体。 1.11 To dismantle the screw nail of upper bearing cap and upper bearing.
拆下上轴承压盖上的螺钉，拆下上轴承。
(2)Assembly
泵的装配
2.1 The order of assembly reverses to the order of dismantlement. But you must pay
attention to the sealing faces, lining, when assembly. You mustn’t miss the lining or assemble the bad lining,
