泵的装配顺序基本上按照拆卸顺序的反向进行。但装配时要注意各密封面，垫片应完好，并注意切勿漏装垫片和更换不好的垫片。

(1) Installation
泵的安装
1.1 To check the pump and motor after open the box, to attest that there is no damage
or loose in the process of assembly, dismantlement, transportation and the cap of the inlet and outlet is good, and there is no pollution in the pump.
开箱后检查泵和电机，证实没有任何因装、卸、运输过程中造成的损坏和紧固件松动，泵进出口封盖完好，无污染物进入泵内。
1.2 The pump needs no lewis bolt. The basic plane may be measured by level gauged. After
the basic concrete is solidified, you can install the pump on the plane.
本水泵无需地脚固定。安装泵的基础平面用水平仪找平，待基础水泥凝固后把泵安在基础上。 1.3 There are brackets for the inlet and outlet of the pump. The weight of the pipe
supported by the flanges of the inlet and outlet is prohibited. The pipe should be fixed on a bracket which is installed by users themselves. The connecting part of the pipe should be no leakage, tight lest it affects the self-priming, flow and head. 泵的吸、出液管道，左角各自支架，不允许管路重量支承在进、出液口法兰上，而应固定在支承架上（用户自备）。管道连接部位须紧密，不漏气，以免影响自吸功能和流量扬程。 1.4 The bottom part of the inlet should be installed cushion filter to prevent the big
particles entering into the pipe, which may cause damages to the pump.
吸液口底部必须安装随机配备的缓冲板结构滤网，防止超标颗粒吸收而损坏水泵和影响自吸功能。
1.5 The self-priming of the pump uses the principle of the vacuum pump.

2.2 When rotate the coupler by hand, you should feel light, and even, and listen carefully
whether there is friction or noise in the pump. If there is noise, you should solve it.

则设法排除。
2.3 Before you start the pump, you should start the motor firstly, and confirm the rotation
direction is identical to the mark. The rotation should be clockwise from the motor. 启动水泵前先启动电机，确认电机动转方向是否与标记一致，该泵从电机方向看为顺时针方向旋转。
2.4 The flow, head or (pressure) absorption (distance) should be within the stipulated
range. Otherwise, the current of the motor will wave and affect the operation of the pump.
输液时，流量，扬程（压力）吸程三项指标，必须严格控制在规定范围内，否则将导致电机超电流波动而影响正常进行。
2.5 If the pump has transferred the liquid with crystallizable or sedimentary material,
and after a long time for second use, the conduction liquid should be drawed out from the pump to prevent the crystallization and sediment from damage to the pump. When you restart the pump second, you should be accordance with the article 1. 排污有结晶或沉淀物质的液体，如一段时间不用，应从“放空口”排尽泵腔内引流液防止结晶和沉淀滞留泵腔内，二次启动时造成损坏。再次使用时按第（1）条作引流。
2.6 If the pump has transferred the liquid with no crystallizable or sedimentary material,
and after a long time for second use, you should check if the conducting liquid is sufficient before second operation. If it is not sufficient, you should make it sufficient, then the pump can be self-priming.
排溉结晶，沉淀介质，如长时间停泵再用，启动前，请从“引流口”检查引流液是否充足，如不足请补足后才能自吸。
2.7 After operating 3000 hours, the bearing of the pump should be added lithium base
grease.

非专业电气人员，请勿打开护罩，以防触电事故。
(3) After change or maintenance, the connecting line should be reliable when re-installation.
更新或维修后，再进行安装，电缆务必与水泵电机接线柱连接可靠。
(4) You should add the lubricating oil in the guide-shaft and guide-sleeve every six months.
每半年在导轴和导套内加一次，缝纫机润滑油。
七、Breakdown and method
故障与排除
(1)Pump
