【学位年度】 【论文级别】 【网络出版投稿人】 2006 硕士 山东科技大学 【网络出版投稿时间】 2006 【关键词】 【英文关键词】 【中文摘要】 【英文摘要】 建筑废弃物; 现状调查; 再生利用; 技术性; 经济性; 管理模式; 资源化; Construction waste; Survey; recycling; technical; economy; management; resource 建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业之一,虽然得到了突飞猛进的发展,但相应的在建筑物的建设、维修、拆除过程中产生的建筑废弃物也空前增加,据不完全统计,其数量已占到城市垃圾总量的30%~40%。大量的建筑废弃物占用大量空地存放,污染环境,浪费耕地,成为城市一大公害。而与此同时,建筑业的迅猛发展无疑带动了建筑材料工业的发展。建材行业往往是能源和资源的消耗大户,例如主要的建筑材料——水泥、混凝土的生产需要大量开采粘土、石灰石和砂石集料,不但消耗能源,而且极大地破坏了绿色植被,暴露了原矿,毁坏了自然景观,引起了水土流失,造成了矿物资源日益减少,严重地破坏了生态环境。另一方面,建筑废弃物中的许多废弃物经分拣、剔除或粉碎后,是可以作为再生资源重新利用的。随着人类对自然资源的珍惜和对环境保护的重视,建筑废弃物资源化再生利用势在必行,这也是建材及建筑业可持续发展的重要出路之一。 本文分析了建筑废弃物的来源、组成、分类和对环境的影响,论述了建筑废弃物资源化再生利用的必要性、紧迫性;通过对山东省建筑废弃物的实地调研,分析总结了过去十年山东省建筑废弃物的产量情况,并对未来五年内由于住宅新建和住宅拆除而产生的废弃物的量进行了预测;根据实地调研,结合大量文献资料,本文还分析了国内外建筑废弃物的现状、现有再生利用技术、工程实例和经济可行性;另外对我国建筑废弃物的管理现状和存在问题也进行了详细的分析;通过对国内外建筑废弃物管理的相关法则、管理机制、管理策略及发展趋势等进行综合分析,本论文对建筑废弃物的管理进行了建议,并对建筑废弃物资源化再生利用体系进行了规划,即采取建筑全生命周期节材的管理模式,形成一个―资源—产品—再生资源‖的物质资源再生循环体系。所提出的有关建筑废弃物的建议及所作的规划,可供有关部门在制订相应的政策时参考。 The construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy , although has been rapid development , but the corresponding construction of the building , maintenance and demolition waste generated during construction is also an unprecedented increase , according to incomplete statistics , the number of accounts to 30% of total municipal waste to 40% . The load of waste that goes to landfills from construction sites can be reduced if proper construction waste minimization and best practices are applied on-site. This thesis discusses the implementation of a waste management strategy during the construction of a new building. It also presents a critical analysis on the importance of assessing the potential for construction waste minimization and recycling. The data obtained during the construction of a four-story research facility with a floor area of 6,420m2 was analyzed based on activities being performed according to the construction schedule. However, the data analysis was complicated due to the different sources of waste generation, parallel activities taking place on the construction site, and variables such as labour productivity, small project variations, rework, etc. The methodology used to identify and quantify the daily and weekly waste generation from different activities is discussed in detail. Then, a statistical analysis is carried out to generate a probabilistic model to predict the waste generation based on the construction activity schedule. (Abstract shortened by UMI.) 英文摘要

Construction and demolition (C&D) waste comprises close to 20 percent of the nation's municipal solid waste (MSW) stream. For Texas, C&D makes up 16 percent of the MSW stream. Studies show that there are many reuse and recycling opportunities for this waste. Depending on the specific location, barriers, such as material separation, and economics affect the reuse and recycling of C&D waste. Additionally, each component of C&D waste has its own unique constraints and/or end use. For this research, Waco area builders were surveyed in order to formulate a preliminary recovery plan for C&D waste. With only twenty years left on the life of most landfills, an alternative to landfill disposal for C&D waste must be found. Implementation of this preliminary recovery plan will open doors for C&D recycling that were once closed.
