1 工程概况

丁家咀水库(含金家湖水库)坝身处理工程系湖北省荆州市荆州区太湖港水库除险加固工程项目之一,该工程位于湖北省荆州市荆州区西北部25公里处的太湖港水库。太湖港水距荆州古城最近处仅8公里,南至汉宜高速公路荆州段,西至荆江大堤万城段。
太湖港水库为二等工程,主要建筑物为2级,次要建筑物为3级,引水总干渠及溢洪道出水渠按4级进行除险加固设计。大坝、溢洪道按100年一遇洪水设计,2000年一遇洪水校核,溢洪道消能防冲标准为50年一遇;溢洪道出水渠按10年一遇设计,50年一遇洪水校核。
太湖港水库地理位置十分重要,它保护着下游李埠镇、太湖港农场、八岭山镇、纪南镇、及荆州古城,交通干线318、207国道及宜黄高速公路、荆沙铁路、工厂、学校等,防洪保护面积16.4万亩,人口68万余人。设计灌溉面积为25.46万亩,最大实灌面积为40.53万亩;多年平均农业灌溉水量为5148.47万立方米,多年平均工业供水量为900万立方米,多年平均城镇生活供水量为50万立方米,多年平均发电量为400万度;水库有效总库容1.22亿立方米,养殖面积为1.1万亩,最高成鱼产量为50万公斤。2000年水库多种经营总产值首次突破1000万元,利润首次突破100万元。
