Wayan Haixi along the reservoir in Dulan County, located in the middle and lower reaches of the river Chahanwusu River, the reservoir dam upstream from the Tomb Tombs in Turpan 3.1km, hot water from the lower reaches of rural 12.5km, from the lower reaches of the \Dulan county - Chahanwusu Town 27.5km.Wow along the reservoir engineering tasks for irrigation and water supply, improve the status of an area of 2.99 million mu of farmland irrigation, control of new facilities in an area of 0.1 acres of agriculture, control of new 1.0 million mu of forest irrigation; and new industrial projects for the town to provide water protection.

The graduation bear wow Dulan County along the reservoir dam feasibility study stage design part of the work.

According to the existing data and the topography of the original design plans, the main contents are: wow along the reservoir dam site selection; wow along the reservoir water regulation, regulation computation; dam type, dam height and determine the fundamental profile of the dam;dam seepage analysis to determine the impervious system; dam stability analysis and treatment of the foundation; dam and foundation, slope and other buildings connected.And are required to draw the corresponding floor plan and sections.With other members of the design team on the design of the spillway and the outlet hole to complete the dam, spillway and outlet hole for the composition of the three buildings UOB Reservoir Project design.

1绪论

1绪论

哇沿水库是青海省《全国中型水库建设规划》中的四座水库之一,是青海省重要的水源工程。位于察汗乌苏河的中下游河段上。工程总库容3187.12×104m,属Ⅲ等中型工程。工程任务以灌溉和供水为主,改善现状农田灌溉面积2.99万亩,控制新增设施农业面积0.1万亩,控制新增经济林灌溉1.0万亩;为城镇和新增工业项目提供水源保障。 哇沿水库在海西州都兰县境内,位于察汗乌苏河的中下游河段上,水库坝址距上游吐鲁番王陵墓群3.1km,距下游的热水乡12.5km,距下游的“109”国道察苏大桥18km,距都兰县城——察汗乌苏镇27.5km。

《都兰县国民经济和社会发展“十一五”规划》和《青海省“十一五”水利发展与安全规划》中,哇沿水库作为“十一五”期间该地区的重要水利建设项目提出。

中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所于2007年编制完成的《都兰县察汗乌苏河流域综合规划》中,哇沿水库作为察汗乌苏河流域近期建设的一项关键性水利枢纽工程提出。此规划已经通过海西州水务审查,并同意于2015年前完成水库建设。

哇沿水库为流域控制性水资源调蓄工程。建设哇沿水库可以保障农业用水,促进农业发展;保障城镇生产用水,支持国民经济持续健康发展;保证河道内生态需水,实现水资源的可持续利用。
