摘要

本次毕业设计是为了更好的加深大学三年的机械方面的知识的学习,进一步提高我们正确的设计思想和科学的思维方式,进一步提高自身的绘图能力,提升我们发现、分析、解决实际问题的能力,让我们能综合运用机械制造工艺学中的基本理论,并结合生产实习中学到的实践知识,独立的分析和解决工艺问题,具备设计一个中等复杂程度零件的工艺规程的能力和运用夹具设计的基本原理和放法,拟定夹具设计方案,完成夹具结构设计的能力,也是熟悉和运用相关技术资料及编写技术文件等基本技能的一次考验。本设计夹具零件的主要加工表面是平面及孔。,保证平面的加工精度要比保证孔的加工精度容易。因此,本设计遵循先面后孔的原则。并将孔与平面的加工明确划分成粗加工和精加工阶段以保证孔的加工精度。基准的选择以杠杆 外圆面作为粗基准,以 孔及其下表面作为精基准。先将底面加工出来,然后作为定位基准,在以底面作为精基准加工孔。整个加工过程选用组合机床。在夹具方面选用专用夹具。由于零件的结构尺寸简单,夹紧方式也相应的采用手动夹紧,手动加紧具有夹紧简单,机构设计简单的特点,并且能满足此设计要求。

Abstract

The graduation design in order to deepen university is three aspects of knowledge of machinery, further improve our correct design idea and scientific way of thinking, further improve their ability to enhance our drawing, discovering, analyzing, the ability to solve practical problems, we can use the basic theory of mechanical manufacturing technology, combining with the production practice of practical knowledge learned, independent analysis and solving problems, have to design a moderate complexities parts of the procedure of fixture design and use of basic principle and method of fixture design, structural design, complete jig, familiar with the ability to use the relevant technical data and technical documents written as a test of the basic skills. The design of the main parts of fixture machined surface is flat and hole. The plane, ensure that hole machining precision than the machining accuracy easy. Therefore, this design follow after the first principle of holes. With the plane and hole machining precision and clearly divided into early stages to ensure the hole machining accuracy. The choice to leverage the benchmark round face, with a rough and fine surface as a hole. First, and then as a white-edged processing in locating datum, as pure benchmark processing hole bottom. The selection process. Choose special jig in jig aspects. Due to the size of the structure is simple, parts of the corresponding clamping means using manual clamping, manual to have simple clamping, institutions, and the characteristic of simple design could satisfy the design requirements.
