设计总说明书
1、设计原则:
①严格遵守国家对环境保护及城市污水治理的有关规范、标准和规定;
②符合城镇总体规划原则和要求,并与城市道路、给水、防洪、环保、电力、近期建设等工程规划相协调;
③执行国家关于环境保护工作的方针政策,做到技术先进、成熟可靠、处理效果好、经济合理,在保证处理效果达标排放的前提下,应尽量节省成本、节省用地、节约能源; ④工艺技术先进可靠、简单实用、高效节能、运行稳定、耐冲击负荷能力好,以方便维护管理;
⑤ 因地制宜、合理布局、统一规划; ⑥环境美观、建筑简洁实用,工作环境舒适。 2、设计标准:

1、 Design principle:

② Comply with the general principles and requirements of urban planning and coordinated with urban roads, water supply, flood control, environmental protection, power, construction and other recent project planning.
③ Implement the national strategies and policies on environmental protection work, to achieve advanced ,mature and reliable technology, good treatment effect and economical and reasonable price. In the premise of ensuring the treatment effect, do as much as possible to save costs, save space, save energy.
④ Have advanced , reliable, simple and practical technology; energy efficient; good capacity to resist to shock loading, to facilitate the maintenance and management.
⑤Unified planning,allocating the treatment plant rationally and combine the situation of the factory.

4000m/d针织印染废水的处理
摘 要
本设计是根据《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)中,现有企业直接排放标准要求,针对某整染厂产生的针织印染废水所进行的废水处理工艺系统的设计。本设计的进水水质为:COD=2500 mg/L、BOD=800 mg/L、SS=300mg/L、pH=69、色度=700倍。通过对该整染厂废水水质水量特点的研究分析,参考其他印染废水处理方案中达到排放标准的典型工程实例,结合本设计的具体要求,采用以“混凝沉淀-水解酸化-好氧生化-气浮”为主体的处理工艺。具体工艺流程为:格栅→调节池→混凝反应池→混凝沉淀池→水解酸化池→接触氧化池→二沉池→气浮池→出水。本设计的污水处理系统具有工艺成熟稳定、处理效果好、投资及运行费用低、操作简单、管理方便的优点,是一种高效、经济的污水处理工艺。本设计将达到现有企业直接排放标准,即设计出水水质为:COD ≤100 mg/L、BOD ≤25 mg/L、SS ≤60 mg/L、PH=6~9、色度≤70倍。污水处理系统占地面积约3600 m2,主体建筑深度3~7 m。经过成本核算,采用该工艺,吨水处理成本约为1.39元,总投资约为1467.175万元。
