数据采集器是目前工业控制中应用较多的一类产品，常常利用PC或工控机对各种数据进行采集。数据采集技术是信息科学的重要分支，是传感器、信号获取、存储与处理等信息技术结合。本文采用了TI公司生产的11路12位串行模数转换芯片TLC2543和宏晶公司生产的增强型80C51系列单片机STC12C5A60S2组成了一个基于单片机的多路信号采集系统。这个数据采集系统可将数据的采集结果通过TLC2543的A/D转换后，将模拟信号转换成数字信号并以直观的十进制形式显示在LCD1602液晶显示器上。还可以通过MAX232芯片与PC进行串口数据通信，达到在PC机上实时的显示、存储和处理采样数据的目的。在数据采集部分，加入了变阻器用来采集变阻器上的电压值，此电压值为该数据采集系统的模拟输入信号。

Abstract
Data acquisition is the industrial control application more than a class of products, often using PC or computer on a variety of data collection. Data acquisition technology is an important branch of information science, sensor, signal acquisition, storage and processing of information technology. This paper uses TI company 11 12 bit serial A/D conversion chip, TLC2543 and the HoeJohn produced enhanced 80C51 series single-chip STC12C5A60S2 to form a multi-channel signal acquisition system based on single chip microcomputer. The data acquisition system can be data acquisition by TLC2543 A/D converter, converts the analog signals into digital signals and to visually display the decimal form LCD1602 liquid crystal display. Through the MAX232 chip and the PC serial data communications, we can achieve the PC real-time display, storage and processing of sampling data for the purpose.In the data collection part, the rheostat is used to collect the voltage across the varistor voltage value, the value of the data acquisition is analog signal input of the system.
