计算机辅助设计快速阀

摘要:快速阀广泛用于液压系统中的液体流动和气动系统气体的排放的控制,而手动快速阀,其开启与断开迅速、结构紧凑、安装、调整、使用、维护方便。非常适用于流体输送管道上的开闭装置,也适用于作为煤气或蒸汽管道的紧急安全关断装置。

针对本课题手动快速阀的设计是结合了机械与软件的学习及应用,它是根据快速阀的工作原理,学会将快速阀的装配图进行拆分,并且了解其各个零件的结构和作用,通过查询相关的资料计算出各个零件的相关参数,然后根据各个零件的参数用SolidWorks软件对其进行建模。(涉及到的标准件可以从中国标准库里进行调用),最终通过SolidWorks软件将各个零件进行装配后再仿真,制作成动画。使物体按照要求的方式(平移、旋转或按比例缩放)运动得以实现。最后用SolidWorks制作快速阀的爆炸图,便于明白其得拆装顺序。

本文对手动快速阀的设计主要有以下几点内容:

1. 根据毕业设计任务书中的要求和已知条件对快速阀工作原理分析; 2. 对快速阀的装配图进行拆分并绘制相关零件草图; 3. 查询相关的资料对零件进行设计; 4. 用软件对零件进行建模、装配、仿真;

5. 对仿真进行分析和验证从而保证能按照设计任务书的要求完成设计; 关键词:阀盖、齿轮轴、齿条、内外阀瓣、弹簧、阀体、填料、上封盖、天理压盖、手柄、齿轮齿条的啮合、建模、仿真、爆炸。

Abstract:Fast Valves are widely used in hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems for liquid flow control of gas emissions, and fast manual valve, open it and disconnect the quick, compact structure, installation, adjustment, use, and easy maintenance. Ideal for fluid pipes on the opening and closing devices, also applies to gas or steam pipe as the emergency safety shutdown devices. Fast Valves manual for this project is a combination of the mechanical design of the study and application software, which is the working principle of the valve under the fast, learn fast valve assembly drawing will be split, and understand the various parts of the structure and function, through the query-related information to calculate the parameters of each part, then the parameters of the various parts of their model using SolidWorks software.(Related to the standard parts library can be called from the Chinese standard), and ultimately through the SolidWorks software, and then the various parts for assembly simulation, made into animation.Way to make objects as required (translation, rotation or scaling) movement can be achieved.Finally, rapid valve SolidWorks exploded make, easy to understand was dismantling its order.

This rapid valve for manual design of the main contents of the following points:

1. According to the book design task graduation requirements and the known

conditions of the fast valve works;

2. Rapid valve assembly drawing of the split and the mapping of the relevant

parts draft;

3. Query information related to the design of the parts; 4. Software to model the part, assembly, simulation;

5. The simulation analysis and verification to ensure the mission statement in

accordance with the requirements of the design to complete the design; Key words: valve cover, gear shaft, rack, internal and external valve, spring, valve, packing, on the cover, justice gland, handle, rack and pinion meshing, modeling, simulation, explosion.
