项目三废排放及治理措施: 该装置是电子产品,组成主要是LED阵列和电子电路,生产中无有害元素、使用中不发出有害物质,废弃物可回收,没有日光灯废弃物含汞污染的问题。 项目实施的计划进度: 本项目执行期为2009年9月至2011年8月。根据项目实施过程,具体划分四个阶段,各阶段任务如下: 2009年8月~2009年12月,启动资金到位,进行项目总体设计、制定产品的检测、标准、生产规程,进行设备购置和安装,做好科技成果转化准备。 2010年1月~2010年6月,完善各种配套设施,进行设备调试,完善各种操作规程,对技术人员进行生产培训。 2010年7月~2010年12月,进行小批量生产,及时做好总结,为大规模生产积累经验。 2011年1月~2011年7月,扩大生产规模,加大市场推广力度。 项目执行期内预计可生产2500台,销售收入740万元,实现利税343.64万元。

一、总论

(一)申请项目概述

工业射线照相底片评片装置(简称:观片灯)是观察和评定射线照相底片的必备设备,随着JB/T4730-2005《承压设备无损检测》标准的颁布实施,传统的观片灯已经不能满足需要,急需新产品的问世。

LED工业射线底片观片装置是首次采用LED光源取代热光源及荧光灯,改变了传统观片灯的光源类型;可实现红外感应和脚踏开关双重控制;遮光装置内置设计实现了观察屏大小可以调节,取代成套的遮光板;在观察屏内增设高亮区,以适应高黑度底片的评定。

该项目经河南省科学技术信息研究院查新,国内未见具有本项目技术特征的评片装置。该产品经河南省计量科学研究院检测,所检项目优于行业标准。研制技术通过了省科技厅组织的成果鉴定,鉴定意见为:技术居国内领先水平。本项目在电路设计、原材料的供应渠道、外协加工、生产调试等各个环节,技术上已经成熟;一年多试生产,投放市场用户试用,发现问题并进行了及时的改进和完善,拥有自主知识产权,具备科技成果转化条件。

该评片装置具有节能环保、亮度高、发热量低、寿命长,抗震性好,操作维护简便等特点,可广泛应用于航天航空、造船、核工业、特种设备检验、医疗卫生等领域进行射线底片观察和评定,产品市场广阔;符合国家建设创新性、节约环保型的产业政策。是现有工业射线底片观片灯的更新换代产品。该项目产业化的顺利实施,必将提升国家检测检验装备水平,创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。

本项目计划总投资额为200万元,已完成投资额46万元,申请河南省科技成果转化资金无偿资助50万元,单位自筹104万元。
