摘 要
中国动画片从第一部动画片《大闹画室》至今已有八十多年的历史，在这八十年中创作了许多优秀的动画片像《铁扇公主》、《哪吒闹海》、《鱼童》、《小蝌蚪找妈妈》等，经历了由辉煌到衰颓的过程，目前正处于寻找新时期的发展过程。中国动画曾无比地辉煌过，这也证明中国动画片是有实力的，有适合它发展的艺术规律。对中国动画片发展脉络有一个了解，对今天的动画片创作是大有裨益的。既可从中借鉴吸收优良传统，又可发现总结中国动画片的不足之处，找到一条在新的社会发展时期的发展道路。
美国第一部动画片出现于1907年，至2002年为止，经历了5个发展阶段。标题美国动画片的发展史主要分为开创阶段、初步发展阶段、第一次繁荣阶段、蛰伏阶段、又一次繁荣阶段。1907～1937年是开创阶段。1907年，第一部动画片《一张滑稽面孔的幽默姿态》由美国人布莱克顿拍摄完成，美国动画片史正式开始。这一时期的动画影片只有短短的5分钟左右，用于正式电影前的加演，制作比较简单粗糙。这个时期的动画先驱还有温莎〃麦克凯、派特〃苏立文、弗莱舍兄弟等。麦克凯是美国商业动画电影的奠基人，他的代表作品有《恐龙》〈露斯坦尼亚号的沉没〉等。苏立文刨作了美国动画片史第一个有个性魅力的动画人物?菲力斯猫?。弗莱舍兄弟的作品有<蓓蒂〃波普〉<大力水手>等。华特〃迪斯尼在20世纪20年代后期崛起，1928年他推出了第一部有声动画片<汽船威利号〉，1932年推出了第一部彩色动画片《花与树》。
