表示有1个BCCH损坏就会发生A1告警(BCCH损坏通常表示这个小区已经不能用了) RLSLC:CELL=Z12XTG3, LVA=0, ACL=A2, CHTYPE=CBCH; 定义信道的监测告警门限。LVA表示有多少个信道损坏就会发生ACL类告警。有时候在减少载波后没有更改TCH的告警门限,告警会不断的出来。这时需要更改这个LVA值,同时用RLSLE、RLSLC重新定义告警门限,就可以把告警消掉
