Abstract:As China's economic development,the service sector seems to have become the dominant industry,catering industry attendant team also has grown.More and more food business operators have been gradually recognized that successful catering business is inseparable from the number of highly qualified managers and excellent service. Currently,the most important question of catering enterprises in the market economy is facing how to manage human resources.Food business operators need to use modern human resources management concept,redesigned for our catering enterprise human resource management system.The status quo of China's food and beverage companies pointed out some major problems exist in our food and beverage companies,food companies should be analyzed according to the problems, propose appropriate countermeasures to be perfect.
