第1章 重力坝课程设计任务书
1.1课程设计目的
课程设计包括重力坝设计的主要理论与计算问题,通过课程设计可以达到综合训练的目的。
学会融会贯通“水工建筑物”课程所学专业理论知识,完成重力坝较完整的设计计算过程,以加深对所学理论的理解与应用。培养综合运用已学的基础理论知识和专业知识来解决基本工程设计问题的初步技能,全面分析考虑问题的思想方法、工作方法。
培养设计计算、绘图、编写设计文件、使用规范手册和应用计算机的能力。 提高查阅和应用参考文献和资料的能力。
1.2设计内容
1、确定工程等级;
2、在已知设计洪水位、设计泄洪流量和校核泄洪流量的前提下,确定堰顶高程,计算校核洪水位和坝顶高程;
3、非溢流坝基本剖面的拟定; 4、溢流坝剖面及消能方式的拟定; 5、非溢流坝实用剖面的设计和静力计算; (1)非溢流坝实用剖面设计
(2)确定正常和非常情况的荷载组合及荷载计算;
(3)对以上两种情况进行非溢流坝的整体稳定计算,校核安全性; (4)对以上两种情况的坝底面的边缘应力计算,校核其强度。若不满足稳定和强度要求,原则上要修正剖面重新计算。
6、消能设计;
(1)选择孔口尺寸和闸墩型式及尺寸;
(2)选择消能方式,确定消能结构的各部分尺寸(反弧半径、鼻坎高程、挑射角度等)
(3)计算挑距和冲坑深度。
7、细部构造的选择和设计:参照规范和教材,选择:

(1)坝基的连接、灌浆和排水; (2)坝身廊道和排水; (3)横缝构造及止水; (4)坝顶布置等。
1.3设计成果
1、设计说明书一份
设计说明书是课程设计的主要成果,要表达设计者的设计思想、方法和分析计算能力。其要求是:
(1)设计主要成果的说明;
(2)对设计参数、理论依据的说明;采用的常用公式可直接列出,计算过程要表格化;
(3)章节分明、简明扼要、文理通顺、字迹工整,既有计算成果又有分析论证和明确结论;必须附目录页和基本资料,图纸统一附在设计说明书后;
(4)计算过程表格和插图应编号,插图按比例绘制于方格纸上。 2、绘图:
图纸:(1)非溢流坝和溢流坝剖面图(CAD绘制);(2)枢纽平面布置图;(3)其他细部构造图选做1-2个(CAD绘制)。
要求:制图准确,布局合理,主次分明,比例得当,尺寸全,采用3号图纸。
1.4设计方法
1、课程设计在老师的指导下,由我们独立进行的,在设计过程中要培养我们的独立思考能力;
2、在我们与老师研究问题时,我们应在充分钻研的基础上,事先提出自己的看法和意见,不能请老师代做。不能编造数据和抄袭,老师在回答问题时只能提出启发性的意见、解决问题的途径和工作方法、介绍文献或提出建议等。
3、为保证按时完成设计任务,我们应了解各阶段的设计内容和比重,结合自己的实际情况,参考建议的时间安排,做出控制性的安排。
