国外也有很多研究人员在实验室内开发的用于某种或某类气味捡测识别的电子鼻系统,例如:N.EI Barbria等利用6个锡氧化物传感器、微控制器以及便携式电脑组成的电子鼻系统,用来检测沙丁鱼的新鲜度。 Ylva Blixt采用10个金属氧化物场效应传感器(MOSFET)、4个TGS系列传感器和1个二氧化碳传感器及相关PC软件组成的电子鼻系统,用来检测真空包装的牛肉的腐败程度。Ritaban Dutta等人采用4个费加罗公司生产的涂锡的金属氧化物传感器及相关软件组成的电子鼻系统,用于检测茶叶的品质。 Rajamaki等用金属氧化物半导体传感器这列,采用主成分分析、局部最小方差和人工神经网络分析方法组成的电子鼻系统,用于检测气调包装的禽肉品质。

国内对电子异的研究起步较晚,但也取得骄人的成果。张红梅、王俊等人采用8个金属氧化物传感器(分别为:MQ-3、 TGS822、 MQ-7、 TGS800、 TGS824、TGS813、TGS880、TGS825)及相关信号调理电路和结合BP网络算法的PC软件组成的电子鼻系统,用于检测谷物霉变程度 。张军、李小显等采用4个金属氧化物传感器(分别为:TGS822、 TGS825、TGS826、 TGS832)以及调理滤波电路结合PCA主成分分析算法的PC机软件组成的电子鼻系统,用于检测鱿鱼新鲜度。江苏大学的潘胤飞等人采用日本费加罗(Figaro)公司生产的5个厚膜金属氧化锡传感器(TGS813、TGS880、 TGS800、 TGS822和TGS825),组成气体传感器阵列,运用“遗传算法优化RBF神经网络”建立识别模型,构成的电子鼻系统,用于对苹果品质的评价。吉林大学生物与农业工程学院孙永海采用日本Figaro公司生产的TGS822、TGS825、TGS826、 TGS832、 TGS2611气敏传感器及其调理电路结合遗传算法优化的组合径向基函数神经网络构成的电子鼻系统,用于肉品品质的检测。总的来看,国外商品化的电子鼻系统一般价格较高,无法推广使用:与国外相比,国内对电子鼻的研究还主要停留在实验室阶段。

1.3气敏传感器现状

传感器是用来感受被测信号,并将被测信号转换为适合于系统后续处理的电信号。它获得的信息的正确与否直接关系到系统的性能。气体传感器可以将气体的种类及浓度有关的信息转换成电信号,根据电信号的强弱就可以获得与待测气体在环境中的存在及浓度的相关信息。

系统的发展。目前市场上商品化的气体传感器的种类较多,主要有:半导体气体传感器、固体电解质气体传感器、接触燃烧式气体传感器、电化学气体传感器、光学式气体传感器、高分子气体传感器等。

(1)金属氧化物半导体气敏传感器主要是利用待测气体与半导体材料接触时半导体表面的氧化和还原反应引起材料的电阻值发生变化的原理而制成的,是一种电阻型的传感器.这类传感器的主要优点有制作简单、响应速度快、灵敏度高等。工作时传感器需要加热,加热到一定的温度后,当有待测气体与敏感部件接触时,一部分待测气体的分子蒸发就吸附在敏感部件。此时,如果半导体材料的功函数小于吸附分子的电子亲和力,则吸附分子将从敏感材料夺取电子而变成负离子吸附,半导体材料的表面呈现电荷层。如果半导体材料的功函数大于吸附分子的离解能,吸附分子将向敏感材料释放电子而成为正离子吸附。这种传感器的

主要材料是半导体金属氧化物以及复合金属氧化物,如:SnO、ZnO, Fe2O3、TIO2, WO3等。

这种传感器的主要缺点有使用时需加热、选择性差等。目前,在半导体内添加少量的贵重金属催化剂,可以在一定程度上提高传感器的灵敏度和选择性,如:在基于Zn02材料的传感器中掺杂Pt元素,则传感器对异丁烷与丙烷有较高的灵敏度;若掺杂Pd,则对CO与H2有较高的敏感度。自问世以来,因其很宽的应用范围和相对较低的成本,该种类型的传感器已成为世界上应用最广、产量最大的传感器之一。目前应用较多的有Figaro的TGS系列传感器和国产的MQ系列传感器。

(2)固体电解质气敏传感器指的是一种依靠离子或质子实现传导的化学电池。固体电解质在一定温度下具有导电率高、选择性好、灵敏度高等优点,近年来发展迅速,产量和应用仅次于半导体气体传感器。固体电解质气体传感器的原理是an气体敏感材料在一定气氛中会产生离子,离子的运动形成电势差,电势差的大小反映气体浓度的大小。该种传感器主要分以下三类:

1)电解质中的可移动离子与敏感材料吸附的由待测气体派生的离子相同的传感器,例如氧传感器等;

2)电解质中的可移动离子与敏感材料吸附的由待测气体派生的离子不同的传感器,例如由电解质SrE2h和Pt电极组成的用于测量氧气的传感器;

3)电解质中的可移动离子以及敏感材料中的固定离子与敏感材料吸附的由待测气体派生的离子都不相同的传感器:例如新开发的C02固体电解质气体传感器是由辅助电极材料Na2Co3-BaC03或Li2C03-CaCO3和固体电解质NaSiCON(Na3Zr2Si2Po12)组成的。
