Abstract
Thepaperbasesonwaysofcurrentgridconstructionmanagement,focusonrequirementsofprojectmanagementreality,takeadvantagesoftechnologyssuchasinternet,information,monitorsinconstructionsiteandhelava-northstartechnology,researchandbuildavisualinformationalsystemusingongrid.
Thesystemmixesinformationdatatogetherin¨DigitalVinalManagementSystem”,suchaslandscape,towers,towerfoundations,electricwire,equipmentsandarchitecturesintransformersubstation,constructions,finallyprovides3Dmodelsandmultimediafrommonitors.Thesystemcouldprovidemanagersanewwaytoincreasesafety,quality,progressandfinancialcostasallusefult001.Sothatuserscouldcompare3Dmodelsin”Di西talⅥnalManagementSystem”toreal—timevideowhichcomesfrommonitorsinconstructionsite,andfindoutwhatishappeningoutside.Real.timeinformationhelpsmanagerstooverseeworkingsituationandmakedecision.
Andthereisanotherbenifiteffect,thesystemmayuserealtimevideoandaudioinformation,with3Dmodelsin”DigitalVirtalManagementSystem”,ascalculationbasisofdesignchangingandworkingcost,toincreaseefficiencyandaccuracyinthoseworks.Digitalfilesandotherinformationcollectedintheprocessofconstructioncouldbepackagedautomaticlyanddelivertomaintenancedepartments,allfilesaninformationcanbesearchandreadinaveryeasyway,andwillcontainseverydetailsintotallifecycleoftheconstruction.Thesystemcanalsohelpvinaltowerdelivery,projectbidding,monitorlocationsarrangementandvideoconferencing.
Thesystemwouldhelpelectricitygridbecomesastrongandsmartgrid,atthesametime,itwillalsochangesmanagementwayandresoucedistributionwayintonewstages,whichwillbeintensification,lessleaderfloors,professionalandstandardization.
