Atpresent,theprecisemeasurementsofstructurefunctions(SF)anddetailedthe-oreticalcalculationsofQCDpredictionsforscalingviolations(upto3–looporderforxF3(x,Q2)andF2(x,Q2))provideanimportantmeansofaccuratecomparisonofQCDwithexperiment.Theimportanceofhigher–twist(HT)contributiontoSFwaspointedfromtheverybeginningofQCDcomparisonwithexperimentaldata[1]onSF.De-spiteafastprogressintheoreticalQCDcalculations
of
power
corrections
to
nonsinglet
SF
andsumrules[2,3](forreviewsandreferencessee[4]),theshapeofHT(order1/Q2)contributionsismeasuredonlyforF2SF[5]andisstillonlyestimatedforxF3
[6].Inthepresentnote,thexdependenceofHTcontributionisphenomenologycallydeterminedintheframeworkofQCDanalysisoftheexperimentaldataoftheCCFRcollaboration1obtainedatFermilabTevatron[7]forthexF3structurefunctionsofthedeep-inelasticscatteringofneutrinosandantineutrinosonanIrontargetbymeansoftheJacobipolynomialexpansionmethodinthe1–,2–and3–looporderofQCD.
