andtakingtarget–masscorrec-pQCDtions(TMC)intoaccount,wehavereconstructedxF3(x,Q2).Fivefreeparameters:A,b,c,γandQCDparameterΛ

=184±

31MeVbutexhibitsrelativelylargestatisticalerrors.ResultsoftheNNLO.006NNLO2 tgivestheconstantofstronginteractionαS(MZ)=0.104+0 0.008(syst.)inagreementwithintheerrorswithusualDISresults[19]andwiththepredictionsofCCFR-NuTeVCollaboration[20]basedonthetestoftheGross–LlewellynSmith(GLS)sumrule.MS

Theshapeofh(x)demonstratesforLO,NLOandNNLO taverysmallvalueat0.015≤x≤0.045,anegativevalueat0.1≤x≤0.045(withaminimumlocatedataboutx=0.2)andincreasefromanegativetoapositivevalueat0.2≤x≤0.65.Thisbehaviorisinqualitativeagreementwiththeoreticalpredictionsof[3]andreproducesappropriatelythepredictedzeroofh(x):xtheor~0.67whileinourNNLOanalysisxNNL~0.40.Aseparate twithcutso Q2>5GeV2andQ2>10GeV2showsthestabilityofshapeofh(x)andincreaseoferrors.
