Medium-sized and small enterprises is the national economy important component , is the strength driving our country economic growth importance. But globalization, be intellectualizing， informationize peanuts in being accelerated gradually, survival is confronted with developing bigger competition pressure with world economy. Medium-sized and small enterprises needs to accelerate the development，must reinforce Human Resource Management right away.
