浅析苏果超市经营战略
摘要
随着中国经济的发展,中国的的消费市场在逐渐扩大,再加上中国自上世纪九十年代以来中国对外开放程度的日益加深,特别是中国加入WTO之后,中国庞大的国内市场吸引着越来越多的跨国连锁企业进入中国。随着科技技术的进步,便利的交通以及计算机互联网络的不断普及,更为跨国连锁企业进入中国提供了更大的便利。在面对国外大型零售集团以绝对的优势向我国市场进军和国内零售业激烈竞争的双重压力下,本文以苏果超市为研究对象,对苏果超市经营过程中存在的物流管理水平不高、供应链资源缺乏、顾客满意度较低等问题进行分析与研究,并提供相应的对策和合理化的建议。

ABSTRACT
With the development of China\'s economy, China \'s consumer market gradually expanded, coupled with China since the ninety\'s of last century China open to the outside world more deeply, especially after China\'s accession to the WTO, China\'s huge domestic market attracts more and more chain of transnational enterprises in china. Along with the science and technology progress, convenient transportation and the popularization of computer network, more transnational chain enterprises in China to provide greater convenience. In the face of foreign large-scale retail group with an absolute advantage enter to the China market and domestic retail industry in the highly competitive pressures, this paper with Su fruit supermarket as the research object, to sue because of the existence of the supermarket business process management level is not high, the lack of supply chain resources, customer satisfaction is lower problem analysis and research, and provide the corresponding countermeasures and reasonable suggestions。
